Saturday's finds...

Here is a picture of the New Years Eve Ball that is dropped every year in Times Square. It was cool to see. They have it in a museum about Times Square. It was really bright, and kept changing colors. Too bad we won't be here for New Years to see it.

This is at South Street Seaport. It is a tourist trap but it was still fun to visit and see the water. They had a lot of cool ships too that you could tour.

There were tons of tourists and neat little shops to look at.

Ships with the city as a background.

This is a view out over the water. The big boat is a ferry that is loading with a ton of people for a tour of the harbor.

Brooklyn Bridge

There was a great view in front of the Brooklyn Bridge. Except the guy that we asked to take our picture didn't get the angle right so we are blocking the pillar. Oh well...here we are safe and happy in New York City. It's still crazy to think that we are here. That that is us with the real live Brooklyn Bridge in the background.
